What was the one thing you took away from Carl’s presentation that you’d share with a friend?

BLAINE ANDERSON:
One thing that I already have shared with people is the part in his presentation where he talked about people saying their home is the best investment they ever made (even though the home may only be increasing in value 5% or less per year). Carl said that is because you hold on to your home and you don’t have an appraisal done every day to see how much money you gained or lost over the previous day like you can with your stock or mutual fund investments.
